All of Zoë’s Ferments are made and packaged by hand in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We aim to use local, organic and spray-free produce whenever available. All our products are vegan and unpasteurized.
Given the nature of lacto fermentation, products may vary slightly batch to batch.
Our products are made in small batches with unique seasonal offerings and not all products are available year round.
All of Zoë’s Ferments products are made with coarse gray sea salt.
